About NRC:
NRC is a beginner-friendly, social, and inclusive run club built around community, consistency, and support. We’ve created a space where people can come out, connect, stay active, and feel encouraged, whether they’re new to running or have been doing it for years.

First time joining us? Here’s what to expect:
Most runners arrive about 5–10 minutes before the start. Our volunteer host will gather everyone, take a group photo, and review the course. We make sure everyone gets back safely. After the run, some people stick around to chat, some head home, and others may grab food or drinks after. Totally up to you.
