Clan Mother Shoran Wapatuquay Piper will lead us on tour of the neighborhood featuring Golden Hill Paugussett history of Bridgeport, including the Paugussett’s impact on modern city, street names and meanings, and more tidbits. Clan Mother Shoran Waupatukuay Piper is the tribal head leader of the Golden Hill Paugussett Tribe. She is a medicine woman, spiritualist, and the author of the book Red Road: Traditional Voice of Afro-Indigenous American.
