🟠 Friday - September 4th - 6:30pm - 8:30pm

🟠 We will start with gentle Yin Yoga and a deep relaxation from the Gitananda Yoga tradition. We will then go into a full sound bath with Paiste symphonic gongs, Chau gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, handpan and other instruments. There will be organic chocolates to finish (please fill in dietary requirements when booking). 

🟠 All abilities are welcome. Come rest, relax and let of go stress. Please bring a yoga mat, a cushion and a blanket, anything you need to be comfortable.
