? Saturday - January 24th - 10am to 3pm

? The day is designed to be a special treat to breathe, rest and recharge your batteries in a peaceful setting.

? The day will start with a recharging Hatha Yoga session. We will then break for a healthy buffet lunch (+ cake). If the weather is fair there will be lots of time to walk to be the beach. 

? In the afternoon we will practise gentle Yin Yoga on the hall heated floor. Finishing the day with an immersive sound bath using symphonic gongs, crystal, Tibetan singing bowls, handpan and other instruments.
