A day of relaxation in a quiet nature reserve by the sea ???

? The day is designed to be a special treat to breathe, rest and recharge your batteries in a beautiful setting.

?The day will start with a recharging Hatha Yoga session overlooking the sand dunes. We will then break for lunch at The Hyde Out Cafe*. After lunch there will be time to explore this beautiful coastal nature reserve which is well known for birdwatching and rare flora. 

? In the afternoon we will come back for tea and cake before winding down with gentle Yin Yoga and an immersive sound bath with symphonic gongs, crystal, Tibetan singing bowls, handpan and other instruments**

*Lunch is not included. The Hyde Out Cafe offers delicious coffee, smoothies, cakes, toasties, salads and other specials.
