We will be joined by Cwm Taf Morgannwg to deliver a training session, over two sessions, for those caring for someone experiencing dementia.
Dementia Care Partner Training will be delivered over two morning sessions, the 12th and 19th January. This will be held at Bryntirion Community Centre, Mount Pleasant, CF31 4EF
This has been a highly valuable course in the past for carers.
Refreshments will be provided.
