This evening will focus on self worth, self love, healing insecurities, and stepping into the version of yourself that knows you are worthy, capable, and enough exactly as you are.

• Guided meditation & grounding
• Gentle stretching & breath work
• Confidence building reflection activities
• Positive affirmation exercises
• Group discussion about self worth & growth
• Confidence Flower community activity ?

For our featured activity, each person will receive flower petals to write on:

✨ Something they love about themselves
✨ Something they’ve overcome
✨ A strength they carry within

Once everyone finishes, we will place all of the petals together to create one large community flower made from every woman’s story, strength, healing, and growth ?

This activity is meant to remind us that confidence grows differently for everyone, but together we create something beautiful.

This meeting is about reminding ourselves that confidence is not about being perfect — it’s about learning to love yourself through every season ?
