Here are a few of the details… A few years ago my mom was diagnosed with NASH (NONALCOHOLIC Steatohepatitis). While some of her doctors told her it was no big deal it was definitely a big deal! It went from NASH to fibrosis then last year she was told it was STAGE 2 NASH Cirrhosis. Well about a month ago she went to her doctor in Montgomery and was told it has progressed to Stage 4. We are definitely praying for the best turn out possible for my mom, so we have decided to take her to The Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL. We leave on July 13th for the week so she can get started on all of the testing for a Liver Transplant. With my dad being the main provider in the household they will need a little help. I will be putting together a benefit for her after we get back. Any help would be greatly appreciated! The funds will be going towards the trips back and forth and anything that will help her move forward in getting this transplant and the best care for her!
