You don’t have to be “spiritual,” flexible, or even good at sitting still.
You just have to show up.
💭 If you’ve been carrying more than you let on: mentally, emotionally, or physically, this is time to quietly let some of that go. Together.

*What will I actually do?
You’ll move your body (nothing fancy), breathe, sit quietly, and learn tools to manage stress and overthinking. That’s it.
*Will I feel out of place?
Probably, but so will most of the other guys. That’s kind of the point. We’re not here to impress each other.
*Am I going to look stupid or weak?
Only in your own head. And that’s one of the things we’ll help you work on. No proving required here.
*Is this just some touchy-feely stuff?
No touching. No pressure to “feel your feelings.”
Just tools to manage stress without having to explain yourself.
What’s this really about?
A lot of us carry stress, anger, and isolation quietly.
This is a way to move through it, without judgment, pressure, or performance.

Location: Brewerton Center for the Arts
Every Mondays *Except the last Monday of the month ((Sound Bath Monday))
Time: 6:00–7:00 PM
What to Wear: Loose, comfortable clothing
Before You Come: Eat only light food
What to Bring: Yourself! Everything will be provided.
