Triathlonu nie pokonujesz sam – to zawody DRUŻYNOWE.
W skład sztafety wchodzą 3-4 osoby, a każda z nich do pokonania będzie miała jeden z etapów. Jedna osoba bierze udział w biegu, maksymalnie dwie osoby płyną jednym kajakiem, jedna osoba jedzie rowerem.
W drużynach biorących udział w Paratriathlonie, minimum 2 zawodników musi posiadać orzeczenie o niepełnosprawności fizycznej lub intelektualnej.

Dystanse i etapy

Triathlon:

Bieg: 5,8 km – trasa biegnąca przez Stadninę Koni Janów Podlaski. Limit ukończenia biegu – 1,5 h
(Zamek w Janowie Podlaskim – Stary Pawłów – Stadnina Koni Janów Podlaski – Zamek Janów Podlaski)
Kajak: 10 km – spływ po rzece Bug. Limit czasu spływu – 2 h.
(Gnojno – Serpelice)
Rower: 27 km – wyścig rowerowy przez okoliczne gminy. Limit czasu jazdy rowerem 2,5 h.
(Zamek Janów Podlaski – Peredyło – Wiechowicze – Konstantynów – Gnojno – Stary Bubel – Stare Buczyce – Stary Pawłów – Zamek Janów Podlaski)

Bieg: trasa jak w triathlonie
