A 30-minute group Style Therapy™ demo — an introduction to the practice and how style connects to identity, confidence, and wellness
10-minute 1:1 Style Therapy™ sessions available for individual participants

The Clothing Swap: What to Bring
To participate in the swap, bring 5–10 gently used items you're ready to part with. Think:
Clothes in good condition (no stains, no damage) Shoes, accessories, and bags welcome All sizes encouraged. This swap is for everybody More details on swap guidelines will be sent after you register.
Who's Invited? Moms, yes. But also the aunties, the besties, the grandmas, the sisters, and anyone who shows up for the women in their life. You do not have to be a mom to attend. Bring your crew. Everyone is welcome.
