MySista Circles- In-Person Gathering for Black Women

A sacred space for Black women to heal, connect, and rise together.

The world feels heavy—politically, socially, spiritually.

For over 20 years, I’ve trained leaders and advised executives on workplace culture.
But lately—like many of you—I’ve been asking:
What can I do to make a difference in a world gone Mad?

This Circle is my answer. My resistance. My refusal to give up.
It’s where Black women reclaim our collective power—by showing up for each other, not shutting down.

That’s why I created MySista Circle—a place to gather, breathe, and remember who we are.
I challenge you to take your seat in the Circle.

Storytelling builds connection and healing through shared truth.

🧠 We share how we’ve survived—and how we’re still rising.
Shared wisdom strengthens resilience and hope.

🙏 We close by asking for what we need.
Asking activates hope—and often the answer is already in the room.
