# Event Details

- **Event Name**: Hot Stone Savasana
- **Event Start and End Date**: Fri, 18 Dec, 2026 at 07:00 pm – Fri, 15 Jan, 2027 at 07:30 pm (-06:00)
- **Event Description**: Science tells us our nervous systems are better able to grow calm with the addition of heat and heaviness. Therapeutic use of hot stones is one such application that has been proven to decrease muscular pain, reduce stress, and increase circulation. Hot Stone Savasana is a unique, spa-like experience that upgrades your typical yoga rest with the weight and warmth of basalt stones for deep relaxation.

This 90-minute event will open with a gentle flow to soothe and stretch the muscles, and close with guided meditation in a fully-supported savasana. Your final resting pose will be enhanced with personalized placement of hot stones to support an elevated state of calm and clarity.
