This floor-based, yin-style class blends targeted self-massage using soft, grippy therapy balls with long-held, supported stretches to gently release deeply held tension in the hips, back, shoulders, and beyond. You'll be guided through practical techniques to soften tight muscles, then invited to settle into restorative postures that soothe the nervous system and invite deep release.

 

We make generous use of props—bolsters, blankets, blocks, straps, and chairs—ensuring that every shape is accessible, supported, and deeply comfortable. No fancy poses, no choreography—just a calm, curious exploration of what it means to unwind, one breath at a time. Modifications will be offered throughout to support all levels, all bodies, and all ranges of mobility.

 

While the class is mostly quiet and grounding, expect a few light-hearted moments—especially when those therapy balls find the perfect spot.
