Entries are encouraged to reflect the event theme and may highlight American history, local history, agriculture, transportation, innovation, community service, cultural heritage, military service, and visions for the future. OPENING CEREMONY Join us at City Park for the official Opening Ceremony beginning at 11:30 AM as we kick off an afternoon of celebration, reflection, and community pride. VETERANS MEMORIAL HALL CAR SHOW Car enthusiasts will not want to miss the Veterans Memorial Hall Car Show, featuring classic cars, antique vehicles, specialty vehicles, and automotive history on display as part of the community-wide celebration. DOWNTOWN DECORATING CONTEST Presented by the Downtown Brentwood Coalition, local businesses will participate in a patriotic decorating contest, transforming downtown storefronts into a community-wide tribute to America's 250th anniversary.
