Since April 2, 2016, Stefan and Jenny Hespeler have been on a mission to combat suicide amongst our veteran, active duty military, and first responder population. 
This act symbolizes the approximate number of lives that are lost EACH DAY.
After 10 years, this staggering number reaches over 84,000! 
Yes. You read that correctly. 
This has to stop and the only way it will is by working TOGETHER to start the change! 
That’s where all of you come in. 
This event will take place in the Captree Commons Cafeteria at the Grant Campus in Brentwood, NY. 
Operation VEST Co-founders, Stefan and Jenny Hespeler will speak to everyone before we do 22+1 push-ups together as one! 
Please remember that ANY kind of push-ups count! If you are not able to do standard push-ups, please don’t let that deter you from participating. 
Whether you do them against a wall, on your knees or even just air push-ups, it’s about the symbolism of support and recognition of the inner battle some of our heroes go through.
