Participants will engage in hands-on training with realistic CPR mannequins and AEDs. Upon completion, students will receive certification valid for two years, issued by the American Red Cross.

Course Structure

There are two parts to this American Red Cross CPR and AED Blended course

Part 1 - Online Blended Course

You can complete this portion at your convenience. It is a self-paced course that typically takes a few hours to finish. The Red Cross requires that all online training be completed before attending your in-person skill session (Part 2).

Part 2 - Skill Session

In Part 2, you will meet with one of our instructors to review what you have learned online. The instructor will guide you through a recap of the course, answer any questions you may have, and conduct practical skill sessions. This will be your hands-on portion of the training.

After successfully completing the course, you will receive a two-year certification in Adult/Pediatric CPR and AED. The certification card will be sent to you via email using the ARC eCard system within 48 hours of completion.

Note

If you are a healthcare provider or an EMS employee, this course may not meet your certification requirements. American Heart Association courses are generally required for healthcare and EMS. 

Additionally, if you are registering for this class as a group or as a couple, the Red Cross requires each participant to provide a unique email address and phone number for registration.
