By participating in cooking/educational classes, harvests, farm tours, visits, harvesting, or any other event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

That these activities may involve the use of sharp objects, hot equipment, potentially hazardous/allergenic ingredients, and may require physical exertion or exposure to outdoor elements and uneven walking surfaces.

Assumption of Risk: You understand and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in these activities, including but not limited to the risk of injury, property damage, or other loss, animal-related hazards (e.g., bites, kicks, or unpredictable behavior), slippery or uneven surfaces, farm equipment and machinery, and exposure to allergens, dust, or other environmental factors. Always exercise extreme caution!

Waiver of Claims: You hereby waive any and all claims, demands, or causes of action against George Gasson, Anita Terranova and/or Terranova Gardens, LLC, and their respective agents, vendors, employees, and representatives, arising out of/or related to your participation in cooking/educational classes, harvests, farm tours, visits, harvesting, or any other event.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless George Gasson, Anita Terranova and/or Terranova Gardens, LLC, and their respective agents, vendors, employees, and representatives from and against any and all claims, demands, or causes of action, including but not limited to attorney's fees, arising out of/or related to your participation in cooking/educational classes, harvests, farm tours, visits, harvesting, or any other event.

Personal Responsibility: You are responsible for your own safety and well-being at all times. Please follow all instructions provided by George Gasson, Anita Terranova and/or Terranova Gardens, LLC, and their respective agents, vendors, employees, and representatives and always exercise extreme caution.

Additional Considerations:

• Equipment Use: You will be instructed on the proper use of equipment and tools.• Supervision: Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.• Allergen Awareness: Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions prior to the event.• Physical Demands: Activities may involve walking, climbing, and exposure to varying weather conditions.
