Since 2014, the Freethought Cruise has gathered hundreds of freethinkers to socialize, to learn, and to cruise together.
Join us in March of 2026 with Andrew Seidel & Elizabeth Cavell as we cruise for 7 days in the Caribbean from Miami to Roatan, Harvest Caye, Great Stirrup Cay, and Costa Maya.
On our two days at sea, Liz and Andrew will give a presentation (one each day). Four ports of call offer opportunities to enjoy Mayan ruins, fantastic snorkeling, a day at Norwegian's private beach, and more! Each night on board you can enjoy dinner with fellow freethinkers plus numerous entertainment options.
Encore is operated by Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL). For those who cruised with us in 2024, this it the same class as the Escape, so it will be familiar to you.
Encore is a modern and sophisticated ship, with decor and public spaces that rival a more luxury-oriented cruise line, it's a ship that aims to give everyone vacation choices, with multiple bars and restaurants, indoor and outdoor activities and plenty of evening entertainment. When it comes to entertainment, this ship's filled with excitement: a large variety of dining options, vibrant bars and nightclubs, and that's just the beginning.
With 20+ restaurants and an indoor/outdoor bar scene, evenings can feel like nights on the town. Entertainment is top-notch. Activities range from freefall waterslides and go-karts to laser tag and a VR-filled Galaxy Pavilion. For quiet escapes, head to Mandara Spa, the adults-only Vibe Beach Club, or the Observation Lounge with soaring two-deck-high windows.
