Kundalini NRGY Awakening is a gentle yet powerful energetic experience that invites your life force energy to flow more freely, helping you reconnect to your true self, your inner knowing, and your unique path.
In yogic traditions, Kundalini refers to a dormant, sacred energy that rests at the base of the spine. It is often described as the essence of Shakti, the divine feminine creative force. While it is distinct from everyday life force energy (prana or chi), is deeply connected to it. Prana nourishes our system; Kundalini awakens us, when the body and soul are ready.
The Kundalini NRGY Awakening experience supports the reawakening of your energy system, your inner power and the expansion your consciousness.
In these sessions, nothing is ever forced. Instead, I as a facilitator act as a catalyser between you and the energy field and gently work with you to invite your natural life force energy to move, helping to clear blockages, reawaken your energetic system, and open the energetic channels or pathways (nadis) through which energy may begin to rise in its own timing.
