Contactimprovisatie is een dansvorm waarin twee (of meerdere) mensen bewegen vanuit lichaamscontact, gedeeld gewicht en het luisteren naar elkaar. De beweging is spontaan, niet vooraf bedacht, maar ontstaat in het moment. We spelen met zwaartekracht, balans, rollen, leunen, volgen en geleid worden. 

Het is een uitnodiging om het onbekende te ontmoeten en steeds meer vertrouwen te vinden in onszelf én in de ander. Als danstherapeut en als mens geloof ik dat je techniek leert door het vooral te doen en zelf te verkennen met daarbij respect voor je eigen grenzen zowel fysiek als emotioneel/mentaal. 

Daarom verweef ik de basisprincipes zoals fysiek contact, leiden en volgen, momentum, ...  met het innerlijke proces. Wat doet dit met mij? Waar voel ik me prettig bij en waar vandaag niet. 

Alles is welkom. Alles mag bewegend onderzocht worden.

STRUCTUUR VAN DE SESSIES: 
    • 19.00 - 19.15u Inloop, thee en solo opwarming
    • 19.15u- 20.30  opening cirkel en introductie les 
    • 20.30u - 21.15u CI JAM: open ruimte om vrij te bewegen
    • 21.15u - 21.40u body work (geleide exploratie met aanraking)  
    • 21.40u - 22.00u afsluiten in cirkel
