Sunflower Kids Yoga Summer Fun, The Muse, Brecon - Tuesdays 5th, 12th & 19th August - 9.45– 10.30am

his is aimed at 2- 6 year olds and a parent or carer must be present throughout.

3 fun sessions, 45 minutes each.

Little Yogis will discover the fun of story yoga with fun yoga games and explore yoga poses as we go on some exciting Summer themed adventures together where the kids get to be part of the story & all ideas are welcome! We practice calming breathing, & enjoy a gentle relaxation at the end as an introduction to mindfulness for kids & wellbeing through movement.

Yoga is a wonderful calming, coping & wellbeing activity that equips kids with so many benefits including boosting confidence & self-esteem, increased strength & flexibility, improved balance & coordination, positive body awareness, mindfulness as a wellbeing tool & so much more!

Spaces are limited and all mats and props are provided.

Siblings younger than 2 years old can come for free, just let me know names & ages in advance for my register.

Siblings from 2 years old up, are an additional £4 each. Please bring cash for additional siblings on the day or get in touch to pay via Bacs in advance.
(Older kids or those who won’t want to join in are welcome to sit in the room during the session for no charge)
