This is all the Antenatal Education you need.

Please note no class on 23rd May.

As well as giving you a comprehensive antenatal education & informing your birth options, these sessions give you time to relax, connect with your pregnancy & bump, & tune into your birthing body as well as giving you space to listen to what your heart & mind need to birth with confidence, positivity & excitement. They are a beautiful way to nourish & nurture yourself in pregnancy as you prepare for birth.

Designed to leave you feeling confident, informed, excited, supported & nurtured in your pregnancy & prepared wholly & holistically for birth.

You will learn to believe in your body’s ability to birth with the know-how to calm yourself & turn on your relaxation response on cue, for life. These sessions are for mums only so we can ensure a safe & nurturing space for all.

We will explore the science behind Hypnobirthing & the power of positivity, then get practical with birth breathing, using affirmations, visualisations & guided relaxations focusing on pregnancy & birth.

We will explore how hormones effect birth & how to tap into the relaxation response on cue, we will discuss the physiology of birth in a relaxed & accessible way as this is the key to understanding what you need & how to harness the power within you in labour. We prepare you for all stages & states of labour, & equip you with solid, evidence-based antenatal education to inform all of your choices around your birth.

Each session centres on really accessible mindfulness & meditation for pregnancy & birth, with gentle yoga-based movements for pregnancy to stretch & release your body, calm & relax your mind & prepare your body for birth. We will explore movements for a more efficient birth, an intro to active birth, & encourage you to tune into what your body needs.

You will meet other local mums in this Pregnancy Circle, where everyone is welcome to share, to connect, to give & receive support, with open arms, open hearts & open minds.
