On 17–18 June I’ll be riding for 24 hours around Llangorse Lake to raise money for Brecon and District Mind, in memory of my mate Gareth “Cheeky” Evans.

There are a few ways to get involved:

• ride a lap
• volunteer for a 3-hour slot
• buy raffle tickets
• come down and support

Riders will be setting off on the hour, every hour, for a 9.8 mile loop starting from Llangors Village Hall at 7pm on Wednesday 17 June and finishing at 7pm on Thursday 18 June.

On Thursday from 4pm there’ll also be a community get together with a free kids disco, raffle draw, bar, food and live music from Adam Thorn.
