We've invited some special guests to lead an open and engaging conversation exploring what it means to be Women-Led in today’s evolving leadership landscape

Join us for an open and engaging conversation exploring what it means to Lead Like a Woman in today’s evolving leadership landscape.  Our featured guests will open with reflections and stories to ground us in the topic, followed by an interactive discussion shaped by YOU – the voices in the room. We’re calling forward and inviting changemakers, creatives, professionals, and entrepreneurs to explore how leadership is evolving—and how we, as women, are reshaping the rules.

It’s an opportunity to listen, question, reflect, and connect, with one another and with two powerful women redefining leadership across sectors.  This isn’t about “leading like a man” while wearing heels, we’ll be exploring what it looks like when women refuse to shrink.

Motivated by her experiences, Christy founded Building Doors, a successful campaign aimed at sparking conversations and curiosity about representation in media. Her work invites us to challenge assumptions, notice gaps, and imagine new possibilities not just for how women lead but for how and where we are heard.


This isn’t just a talk or your typical networking event.
It’s a space and container for connection, reflection, and shared wisdom. Whether you’re navigating the corporate world, building your own thing, or figuring it out day by day—you belong.
