Backcountry Skills Series: Land Navigation 2

This course picks up where Land Navigation 1 left off, moving towards wayfinding on and off the trail. Delve more deeply into map and compass skills including learning to plot a course and follow it to your destination. The curriculum includes interpreting topography, compensating for declination, calculating and following bearings, and some wayfinding tips and tricks.
