We'll also have Bara brith & butter and Welsh cakes available warm with butter throughout the day and evening


Why Cawl? Historically a winter staple for many Welsh families, cawl remains emblematic in Wales' culinary identity – but perhaps more importantly, highlights how living traditions can play a key role in the transition to sustainable food.
