Longevity Stick

A safe & effective exercise for all levels & conditions involving slow stretches with a 5-foot stick to ease movement. Using the stick strengthens every major muscle & maximizes stretch.

A mind-body movement class similar to Tai Chi but with the use of a 5-ft pole for increased balance and postural challenge. Standing is a requirement of class, poles provided.
