Katie and David will then take you on a multi insturment, multi layered sound journey. You can expect Shamanic drums, didgeridoos, & more.The Heat (fire): After the sound journey you then get to go into the most gorgeous wood fire sauna with views over the beautiful Wiltshire countryside.The Cold (Soundbath): For thoses inclined (and brave enough!) there is a cold water shower and bath right next to sauna.Tea and snack! : After the sauna you will be given a herbal tea and a yummy treat and have sometime to chat before heading home.What’s Included:Full access to the outdoor sauna and cold water facilities for an hourAn immersive, deeply relaxing soundbath experience in a gorgeous stretch tentComplimentary herbal teas and light refreshmentsAn intimate, unhurried environment with a maximum of 8 guestsGood to Know / What to Bring:Swimwear & Towel: For the sauna and cold plunge.
