We open with “Nature Speaks – Let us Listen” led by Sr. Miriam, founder of Luisne, and Sr. Barbara, our long‑standing sacred dance facilitator. This short arrival practice and reflection roots the afternoon in Luisne’s heritage and invites us to reconnect with the natural world around us.

Our special guest Veronica O’Reilly follows with “Healthy on a Budget.” Veronica is a renowned chef with over 20 years of experience, trained under Chad Sarno, and author of Raw in a Cold Climate. She has worked in leading raw food restaurants across the USA and delivers the Irish School of Herbal Medicine’s Living Food Instructor programme. Her session offers clear, practical ways to support your wellbeing without financial strain.

After the talk, we move into a gentle yoga practice with Michela, who leads our popular weekly classes and retreats. Using the body to reconnect with nature in a simple, direct way, this session supports grounding, loosening tension and integrating the day’s insights through breath and steady movement.

We close with The Deep Reset led by Barbora, Luisne’s sound and voice healing practitioner. This session combines stillness and silence with a restorative sound bath designed to support nervous‑system regulation and full‑body rest before you head home.
