As Spring embraces us with the light of renewal, SPARK returns to Catalyst Beach - Bray, to reconnect you once again with the light that shines within.

This is a conscious movement and meditation experience to connect you with your inner SPARK!

Join us in moving, breathing, journeying and dancing together, in remembrance and celebration of the light that’s always present.

Meditation Journey

5Rhythms Conscious Dance

All elements are accessible to all levels, no experience required – just an open mind and willingness to move.

Beings of all genders are welcome.

*If you have a specific health concern or are pregnant, please consult with a medical professional before attending yoga and breathwork

This time we will finish the evening with time to chat, connect and enjoy some beautiful complementary teas and treats from Catalyst Café. If you want to bring your own snacks or flasks of warm drinks, you’re welcome to do so.

Please note that this is a sober space, meaning no drugs, including alcohol, in your body or on the dancefloor.

This night is designed as a complete experience, so please stay to enjoy the whole evening in full. If you need to leave early please let us know.
