Known as a protector of travelers and a bridge to the dream world, it is the perfect ally for the introspective months of winter.In this workshop, we gather as the autumn chill sets in to explore the silver-leaved magic of Mugwort and prepare our spirits for a season of rest.In this session, we will explore:The Silver Queen: Learn to identify and ethically harvest native Mugwort, focusing on the potent roots and dried aerial parts used in late autumn.Winter Wellness: Beyond dreams, Mugwort is a bitter tonic.
