After the dance, we soften into a spacious afternoon of integration and connection. We will enjoy an optional outdoor sauna ?, refreshing pond dips ?, wholesome food ?, drumming circles ?, chanting ?, and time to simply rest in nature ?

Optional Irish Hazel Yurt Sauna
You also have the option to join the Sauna at an extra cost from 5–7 PM. But it’s not just any kind of sauna; it’s the only Irish sweat house built from hazel rods and designed for communal, nature-focused heat therapy, paired with ice baths.
