We will wrap up the day by crafting a traditional, floral heart-opening rose syrup—the perfect essence to carry into your summer.

This workshop balances ancient botanical wisdom with practical, modern-day application:

• The Edible & Medicinal: Discover why the Dog Rose has been a staple in the apothecary for centuries. We’ll discuss its high vitamin C content, anti-inflammatory properties, and how to safely harvest its parts.
• The "Heart-Opening" Connection: Explore the emotional and energetic history of roses, often used in herbalism to soothe the spirit and "open the heart."
• Artisanal Crafting: Follow a guided process to create your own floral rose syrup. This aromatic elixir is perfect for summer cordials, cocktails, or drizzling over fresh fruit.
