A brief sequence of gentle movement will be offered to prepare the body to settle in fully to the sound journey experience.
✨ Sight – Ambient lighting and soft hues create a tranquil, dreamlike atmosphere, guiding you into deep relaxation. Through gentle guided visualization, we invite you to journey inward, reconnecting with the wisdom of your body and soul.
✨ Smell – The air will be infused with therapeutic-grade essential oils, each chosen to ground, uplift, and open your energy channels for deeper healing.
✨ Touch – You'll be led in a self tapping exercise to enhance energetic flow, releasing stagnation and inviting deep nourishment.
✨ Sound – Settle into the healing vibrations from crystal bowls, chimes, gongs, tuning forks, and nature’s whispers weave together a sonic cocoon, dissolving tension and restoring harmony within.
