About the event

Cooking Class: French Crudité Plate and Chocolate Mousse

How would you describe chocolate mousse? Silk, fluffy, bittersweet, mellow, earthy? In this class, we will use an authentic recipe and fair-trade Equal Exchange chocolate. We will prepare a traditional French Crudité plate with mustard vinaigrette to eat while the mousse chills, then dig in and savor the treat mindfully together.

This class is free, but registration is required. Dietary restrictions are accommodated with advance notice. Early registration is encouraged to reserve your spot.
