The Ipswich Toy Run 2025
Come join the Ulysses Club Inc. – Lockyer Branch at the BRASSALL SHOPPING CENTRE for a fun-filled morning at The Ipswich Toy Run 2025! Bring along toys to donate and help spread some holiday cheer. This in-person event is all about giving back and making a difference in our community. So, mark your calendars and get ready to make a child's day brighter this holiday season! All proceeds go to The Salvation Army in Ipswich and the Ulysses Club Arthritis Research Fund (UCARF).
This year we are allowing particpants to register online and to purchase an Ipswich Toy Run T-shirt to commemorate the milestone of the 30th Ipswich Toy Run. T-shirt sizes available are XS through to 5XL (true to Australian sizing). To purchase a t-shirt, press the get tickets button.

Registration starts at 8:00 AM
Speeches and Ride Briefing at 10:15 AM
Parade Leaves at 10:30 PM
Arrive at the Showgrounds at approximately 11:30 AM
Info: Parking and Registration start at 8:00 am. Please follow the directions of the Parking Marshalls (Hi-Vis vests and the Lockyer Branch Shirts) and SES to park your bikes. Trikes and and Outfits (sidecars) are parked separately to other motorcycles as part of our risk management process.

Info: The Ipswich Toy Run happens under a full Police Escort with traffic being stopped as we pass. Santa and the Ulysses Club Lockyer Branch lead the Toy Run Parade on a 20 km route from Brassall Shopping Centre to the Ipwsich Showgrounds. The parade takes approximately 1 hour to travel the route to the Showgrounds. Travelling speed is usually capped at 30 km/h. A condition of our permit is that participants are not allowed to throw anything to the spectators along the route and not to give 'High-5's' from moving vehicles.
Info: The Salvos Truck will be at the Ipswich Showgrounds to collect the donations. Food and drink will be available at the Showgrounds Cafe.
