Voix emblématique du Reggae, Winston McAnuff, alias Electric Dread, est un artiste jamaïcain à l’énergie brute et à la voix immédiatement reconnaissable, devenu une figure majeure de la scène internationale.

Révélé à la fin des années 1970 avec les albums cultes Pick Hits To Click et What A Man A Deal With, il connaît un retour marquant sur le devant de la scène au début des années 2000 grâce au label Makasound, qui fait redécouvrir son œuvre à une nouvelle génération.

Au cours de sa carrière, Winston McAnuff construit des collaborations fortes et singulières notamment avec Camille Bazbaz (A Drop, A Bang) et Fixi du groupe Java (Paris Rockin’, A New Day - nommé aux Victoires de la Musique), ainsi qu’avec des artistes majeurs tels que -M- (Mathieu Chedid) ou Tiken Jah Fakoly.

Membre du groupe The MKD, Crazy PP initie les collaborations avec Winston McAnuff et Bazbaz, les invitant à rejoindre le projet pour une série de featurings. 
Entre 2011 et 2016, plusieurs albums sont pressés en édition limitée (Secret Connections Vol. 1 & 2, Breizh Kick).

Aujourd’hui, cette complicité artistique se prolonge sur scène à travers ce Live DJ Set d’une grande intensité.

Pour ce set exclusif, Winston McAnuff est entouré de Camille Bazbaz aux claviers et de Crazy PP aux machines.
Le spectacle revisite les titres emblématiques de Winston, ainsi que des morceaux issus des projets Mysty K Dub - The MKD et des albums composés avec Bazbaz, réarrangés pour un format Live DJ Set puissant et organique.

Sur scène, Electric Dread justifie pleinement son surnom avec une présence magnétique et un charisme brut. Fusion entre Reggae Roots, Dub Pressure et attitude Rock Soul, la performance repose sur une énergie communicative et fédératrice.

Plus qu’un concert, cette performance est une expérience, une transe fédératrice, portée par une énergie brute et des grooves profonds.

Iconic voice of Reggae, Winston McAnuff, aka Electric Dread, is a Jamaican artist known for his raw energy and instantly recognizable voice, and has become a major figure on the international music scene.

First revealed in the late 1970s with the cult albums Pick Hits To Click and What A Man A Deal With, he made a strong return to the spotlight in the early 2000s thanks to the Makasound label, which reintroduced his work to a new generation of listeners.

Throughout his career, Winston McAnuff has built powerful and distinctive collaborations, notably with Camille Bazbaz (A Drop, A Bang), Fixi from the band Java (Paris Rockin’, A New Day – nominated at the French Music Awards), as well as with major artists such as -M- (Mathieu Chedid) and Tiken Jah Fakoly.

A member of The MKD, Crazy PP initiated the collaborations with Winston McAnuff and Bazbaz, inviting them to join the project for a series of featurings.

For this exclusive set, Winston McAnuff is joined on stage by Camille Bazbaz on keyboards and Crazy PP on machines.
The performance revisits Winston McAnuff’s signature songs, along with tracks from Mysty K Dub – The MKD projects and the albums composed with Bazbaz, reworked into a powerful, organic Live DJ Set format.

On stage, Electric Dread fully lives up to his nickname, delivering a magnetic presence and raw charisma. Blending Roots Reggae, Dub Pressure and Rock Soul attitude, the performance is driven by a communicative, unifying energy.

More than a concert, this performance is an experience, drawing the audience into a collective shared trance driven by raw energy and deep grooves.
