# Event Details

- **Event Name**: Cerc de Terapie prin Poezie / Poetry Therapy Circle
- **Event Start and End Date**: Thu, 15 Jan, 2026 at 06:00 pm – Thu, 15 Jan, 2026 at 08:00 pm

– Oana Dugan, critic literar

------

"Art is not just ornamental, an enhancement of life. It is a path in itself, a way out of the predictable and conventional... a map to self-discovery." (Gabrielle Roth)

? Let’s (re)discover poetry as a peaceful oasis, a path to self-awareness, and a source of hope and inspiration.

?‍♀️ Psychotherapist and poet Bristena G. Mantu invites you to a Poetry Therapy Circle, a relaxing space where daily worries fade away, and words become healing.

? This workshop is open to all lovers of poetry, art, personal development, philosophy, spirituality, or anyone who wishes to explore free dialogue and self-knowledge through words.

?️ Here is what the participants of the first edition said:

"Creating my own poem brought me closer to myself; I discovered nostalgia and thoughts I didn’t know I had."

"The moment of creation touched me the most. I gained more understanding and patience with the emotional process I am going through."

"I discovered that I am still creative. The self-reflection exercises helped me a lot to process my emotions."

? About Bristena G. Mantu: Graduate of the Institute of Psychosynthesis, London, psychotherapist, personal development event organiser, and author of two bilingual poetry collections:

? “With aesthetic means drawn from psychological therapies and influences from spirituality, philosophy, and metaphysics, Bristena Mantu’s poetry offers pathways out of existential fears through a ‘mystical pragmatism’ - a delicate balance between reason and passion, structure and spontaneity.” Oana Dugan, literary critic
