Spring Conference Registration Deadlines & Rates

• Early Bird Rate: Payment must be received in full by 11:59 PM on October 31, 2025. Mailed payments must be postmarked by October 31.
• Standard Rate: Payment must be received in full by 11:59 PM on February 1, 2026. Mailed payments must be postmarked by February 1.

Please note: Receiving an invoice for a discounted rate does not guarantee that rate unless payment is made in full by the applicable deadline.

• SSWAG Membership: To receive the member registration rate, your membership dues must be paid in full at the time of registration for the conference. You can pay for your membership through Eventbrite or the SSWAG's website: www.sswaga.org.
  
  

  HOTEL BOOKING INFORMATION: Please click the link below to reserve your room at Chateau Elan. Click the link and select "attendee" in the drop-down box. The room rate of $189 is available for 3/22/26 -3/24/26. You must be registered for the conference to use this room rate no later than 1/1/2026.

Refund Policy - Reimbursement requests for conference registration must be submitted by email to the treasurer. Requests made before 11:59 PM February 3, 2026, will be refunded at 50% of the registration fee; no refunds after February 3, 2026.

Hardship Consideration:

Attendees facing exceptional circumstances or hardships, such as medical or family emergencies, may qualify for a refund outside the standard policy. To request a refund under hardship, individuals must provide documentation supporting their claim, such as a doctor's note or other relevant evidence. Hardship refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Bank charges - Bank charges incurred by SSWAG due to insufficient funds are the responsibility of the registrant. After two returned checks, registrants are required to submit cash, a cashier’s check, or a money order for future conference payments.
