This slow moving martial art is easy on the joints and is excellent for overall health and wellbeing.  Our Tai Chi class is for adults only. Whether you are are a Boomer, Gen X, a Millennial or Gen Z -- you'll fit right in and find benefit in tai chi practice.  

As we are starting a new form in 2026, beginners are welcome in ALL classes, including the intermediate classes! 

Choose which class you’d like to attend weekly.
Tuesday morning at 10 am
Wednesday evening at 5 pm
Wednesday evening at 6:15 pm
