Although the Moon has technically begun its waning journey, it remains almost fully illuminated, rising at approximately 4:30 pm, ahead of our gathering, while the sun sets shortly afterwards at around 4:46 pm. As darkness falls, the bright Moon will already be high in the evening sky, offering a beautiful backdrop for our practice.The Full Moon is often associated with illumination, completion and gratitude.
