A time to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with the light that guides us forward. Through shared intention and gentle embodiment practices, we’ll create space for release, renewal, and heartfelt connection.

Our evening will begin with a warm herbal beverage and a grounding opening, inviting you to explore the themes of darkness, rest, and rebirth. Through mindful journaling and sharing, you’ll be supported in reflecting on these themes. We will end with a deeply restorative yoga journey accompanied by essential oils, optional hands-on assists, and ethereal sounds made by bowls, gongs, etc. played by the beautiful Katie Cavenagh. We’ll close our circle in gratitude, carrying the warmth of community and the quiet wisdom of winter into the season ahead.You’ll receive:
