First and foremost, thank you for your patience while we worked through every detail to make the 2026 JRN Spring Hunt happen. We know riders are coming in from all over the country, and we appreciate your passion and dedication.
As many of you know, Ellie Ray’s was recently sold and is now under new ownership. The new owners are doing a full renovation of the park. And even after completion, the long-term future there is still to be determined. So rather than wait and risk uncertainty, we made sure we secured a location that allows us to continue to have one of the best events that brings us together for fun, great riding, and camaraderie!

Debbie and the team at Sandy Point Campground have welcomed JRN with open arms, and we’re excited to bring the 2026 Spring Hunt there. Many of us already know Sandy Point Restaurant, one of our favorite ride stops, famous for their daily salad bar and great food. Now it’s our home base for 2026, and hopefully beyond.

📝 Reservations
Call (386) 961-1390 and ask for Debbie.
If there’s no answer, leave a message, and they will return your call as soon as possible.
Reservations can be made Wednesday through Sunday, 12PM–8PM.

🚐 RV Spaces
• 26 RV sites available
• First-come, first-served
• $65 per night plus Tax
If you plan to bring an RV, book early. Once they’re gone, they’re gone.
Don't have an RV? You can rent one through platforms like RV Share or Outdoorsy. These websites offer delivery and pickup, so all you have to do is book it.

🏨 Motel Rooms
There are 8–9 basic motel rooms onsite (bed/beds + shower, no fridge or stove).
• Queen Room (2 people): $110 per night + tax
• Two Full Beds (up to 4 people): $115 per night + tax
These will go fast.

🐾 Pets
Yes, pets are allowed.
• $25 per pet
• 20 pounds or under
If you head out on the water, your pet goes with you. They cannot be left unattended.
Treat them like you would your toddler, and don’t leave them alone.

🍽 Restaurant Hours for this event
• Thursday & Friday: 4PM–9PM
• Saturday: 12PM–9PM
• Sunday: 12PM–8PM

🌊 Docking & Beaching
Sandy Point is fully beachfront along the river. You can beach your ski right there throughout the event, day and night.
No docking fees.
You’re also welcome to pull your ski out of the water,and keep it at your campsite if you prefer.

⛺ Tent Camping
Traditional tent camping is not allowed.
If you have a vehicle with a rooftop tent or something similar, reach out to me directly and we’ll see what we can work out.

🏠 If Sandy Point Fills Up
Don't Worry! There are plenty of Airbnbs and VRBO options nearby at reasonable rates. We’ll be posting recommendations in the Spring Hunt Event Page discussion section.

🚦 Ride Organization
With the number of skis attending, organization is key, and we’ve got it handled.
Our dedicated Ride Leaders will launch in smaller groups to keep everything smooth and safe.
Groups will depart at 9am, 10am, and 11am.
Pick the time that works best for you.

🎉 Meet N’ Greet & JRN Jam
Both Friday and Saturday night gatherings will begin at 7PM.
We’ll wrap up riding around 3–4PM daily, giving everyone time to relax, shower up, and
get ready for the evening festivities.
