- **Event Description**: Come move with us!  Join Lauren Dailey and Halley Gradus for an evening of intuitive movement and embodied expression. Ecstatic dance is a free-form movement meditation that provides dancers with the opportunity to dance in ways that feel healing and authentic. This is a space to awaken inner awareness, release what no longer serves, and invite all parts of yourself to be felt, seen, and moved.

There is no choreography, no performance. Just your body, your breath, and the beat. Together in community, we’ll create a sacred container for movement as meditation, expression, and celebration.

All bodies, all identities, and all levels of experience are welcome.
This is a space of inclusivity, respect, and freedom.

Schedule:
6:45 PM – Doors open: Connect, sip herbal tea, play with body paint
7:15 – 7:35 – Guided Dance Warm Up
7:35 – 8:45 – Ecstatic Dance journey
8:45 – 9:00 – Closing Sound Healing with Autumn
9:00 – 9:15 – Final Reflections + Closure
