Ecstatic Dance, Body Art & Sound Healing

Join us for an ecstatic dance, healing body art, and sound bath to help us move our bodies, cultivate inner awareness, and invite all parts of ourselves to move.Ecstatic dance is a free form, intuitive movement meditation, which supports deep healing and bliss.

No experience is required.

Healing Body Art is a somatic practice that guides practitioners into their bodies through paintbrushes and paint.
Together, these practices create a ceremonious and embodied healing journey. We will end with a sound bath to ground and steady our energy.
