Join us for some mellow mood yoga set to the music of Bob Marley and the Wailers. His music gave voice to the day to day struggles of the oppressed while being heavily steeped in spirituality. Let's come together with an open mind and open heart as we practice with the music he made and inspired.

All Welcome. Proceeds will benefit New Reach
New Reach helps families across Connecticut overcome homelessness, housing instability, and food insecurity through prevention, crisis services, and long-term housing solutions.
