Which will include load in and out information.Vendors are not allowed to sell any beverages.This is an outdoor event rain or shine.Vendor sign up is on a first come basis.Vendor spots are very limited.All staff must be 21 or over.All tents must be weighted down to the ground using tent sandbags or weighted plates. (Most stores that sell camping gear will sell weights) Walmart, Dicks Sporting Goods, or Amazon would be a good place to check first. Please DO NOT use anchored spikes!All Vendors must follow:10 x 10 canopies/tents must be weighted with at least 24 pounds weight for each anchor for wind loads up to 15 mph and must be taken down if wind speed exceeds 15 mph.
