Participants will also experience the soothing tones of Tibetan singing bowls, learning how sound vibration can help settle the nervous system, improve focus, and bring a sense of calm to busy or overwhelmed minds. It’s a wonderful way for teens to explore grounding techniques they can bring into everyday life—whether for school stress, emotional balance, or simply a moment of quiet in a noisy world.
This class is welcoming, accessible, and pressure‑free. No experience is needed, and everyone is encouraged to move at their own pace.
