More than simply yoga poses, these sessions offer you gentle movement, mindfulness, practical self care tools rooted in the philosophy of yoga to manage anxiety, as well as guided rest and relaxation in a supportive environment with others on their journey to motherhood, and a mini sound bath each week. Perhaps most importantly, you may begin to find your 'mum tribe' in this little community we will create together. Each 'block' of sessions runs for a calendar month - offering you a discount if you book all sessions for the month however you can of course book partway through the month, and/or individual dates. Depending on the group and their needs, we usually do one ball based class each month, emails will be sent in advance to remind you to bring your ball (and if you haven't got one there are some available to borrow by arrangement.) Note if you are booking for a session on the same day - please contact the practitioner for awareness and please book at least 5 hours before your session is due to start. Thank you. Pregnancy can be a truly joyful time, yet it can also present some challenges. These sessions are designed to offer you a supportive and nurturing space for grounding, connection with baby and self, rebalancing, empowerment, gentle movement to maintain mobility and strength, and more. We wish to offer you a space to really tune into these amazing changes of pregnancy where you can also find acceptance, self-compassion and care. All warmly welcomed, no yoga experience or equipment is required. A yoga mat and all props for support are provided for you - please feel free to bring your own if you prefer to. Please bring your own cushion if possible for the relaxation. Please advise in confidence at time of booking if you are under consultant care for anything relating to your pregnancy. Thank you. These sessions involve elements of sound therapy which can include gentle playing of crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes etc. Please be advised this is not recommended should you have sound induced epilepsy or any similar condition. Each session is 1hr 15mins long and refreshments (herbal teas or fruit juice and biscuits/fruit - please advise at point of booking regarding dietary needs) are offered after the practice. This is a wonderful way to begin to find your support network of likeminded mums-to-be in the local area. PRICING Please choose the pricing option that reflects your current need. The supported pricing is offered to ensure accessibility for those experiencing genuine financial barriers to these sessions because I deeply believe all pregnant folks should have access to these valuable sessions if they are drawn to them.
